100g Hoen Kwe powder
300ml coconut milk
500ml water
200g sugar
Agar powder, Carrageenan, cornstarch, salt and vanilla flavour.
Recipe - creamy jelly layer for sponge cake:

300ml coconut milk
500ml water
200g sugar
- Dissolve 200g of sugar into 500ml hot water.
- Mix 300ml coconut milk with 100g Hoen Kwe powder.
- Add sugar mixture into coconut milk mixture. Cook on low heat until creamy.
