Slice 6 shallots. Heat 50g cooking oil to sauté shallots until brown. Add 1400ml water and one packet of Adami Mee Bandung Muar paste. Bring to boil.
Add 200g seafood, 100g green vegetables and 7 eggs. Cook for 10 minutes. Add 600g fresh egg noodles and cook for another 3 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve hot with spring onions.
Ingredients:
Palm oil, sugar, dried prawns, spices, chillies, black pepper, onions, starch, salt and flavours.
No preservatives and colouring.
