Ingredients:
Lemon, plum sauce, salt, sugar, filtered water, lemon flavouring, natural fermented glutamate and benzoic acid.
Cooking method:
1. Prepare 1kg of chicken or other meat in cubed form. Marinate meat for one hour with 1 egg, half tablespoon of sesame oil, a little salt and white pepper, 2 tablespoons of plain flour and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
2. Deep-fry prepared meat in hot oil until cooked. Remove and drain.
3. Heat up MasFood Lemon paste. Pour hot paste onto cooked meat. Ready to serve.
