Natural resin from peach tree. The gelatin is rich in collagen, galactose, rhamnose and amino acids. D is second highest grade, minimal impurities. Not suitable for pregnant women and children under 2.
Can also be added to braised meat dishes, soups and tofu/vege stir-fries.
1st Recipe (serves 5) to be served COLD or WARM
25g peach gum
10g snow birdnest
10g snow lotus seed
25g dried longan
A handful of goji berries
10 large red dates without pit
100g rock sugar
2.5 Liter water
Half a lemon (sliced)
Sugar-coated nutmeg as topping
2nd Recipe serves 5:
1 liter water
25g peach gum
3 knotted pandan leaves or one teaspoon pure pandan powder made into paste using hot water
25g dried longan
4 red dates
50g rock sugar
a handful of goji berries
Soak peach gum in water overnight to soften. Drain water and remove any impurities using kitchen tweezer.
Can also be added to braised meat dishes, soups and tofu/vege stir-fries.

25g peach gum
10g snow birdnest
10g snow lotus seed
25g dried longan
A handful of goji berries
10 large red dates without pit
100g rock sugar
2.5 Liter water
Half a lemon (sliced)
Sugar-coated nutmeg as topping
- Boil water with red dates for 30 minutes.
- Add peach gum, snow lotus seed and dried longan for another 30 minutes.
- Add rock sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Turn down heat to lowest setting.
- Add snow birdnest and goji berries for 5 minutes. You should see strand of snow birdnest. If it dissolves you have overcooked the snow birdnest.
- Turn off fire. Leave it to cool or serve in bowls with ice. Add a slice of lemon to each bowl and top with a teaspoon of sugar-coated nutmeg.
2nd Recipe serves 5:
1 liter water
25g peach gum
3 knotted pandan leaves or one teaspoon pure pandan powder made into paste using hot water
25g dried longan
4 red dates
50g rock sugar
a handful of goji berries
Soak peach gum in water overnight to soften. Drain water and remove any impurities using kitchen tweezer.
- Bring water to boil. Add pandan leaves or pure pandan extract paste, longan and red dates. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add rock sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Add peach gum and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add goji berries before serving hot or chilled.
