INGREDIENTS:
Palm oil, tamarind, lemongrass, chili, garlic, shallot, sugar, MSG, galangal. salt and benzoic acid.
PREPARATION:
800gm fish or seafood, 250ml water.
COOKING METHOD:
Stir-fry 800gm of fish or seafood together with 101 Asam Style Fish Paste for a few minutes. Add in 250ml of water,
continue to cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
