Ingredients:
Palm oil, spices, onion, chillies, galangal, lemongrass, ginger, salt and permitted flavouring.
Cooking suggestion:
Prepare 2kg chicken cut into smaller pieces, fried shallots, 4 stalks of spring onions, some chillies in soy sauce, 1.5kg cooked vermicelli, 500g of potatoes cut into small pieces and fried.
Boil 2.4 Liters of water in a large pot. Add chicken and soto paste. Cook for 30 minutes. Add vermicelli, potatoes and salt to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot with fried shallots, soy sauce chillies and spring onions.
