Ingredients:
Mixed spices, onions and permitted food flavourings.
Cooking suggestion:
Prepare 1kg of rice, 500g of mix vegetables (sweetcorn, peas, diced carrot), 2 liters of coconut milk, 10 minced shallots, 5 cloves of minced garlic, 1 inch ginger minced, 600g boneless meat but into small pieces and 3 liters of water.
Heat oil in a large pot. Saute shallot, ginger and garlic. Add meat and mixed vegetables. Seafood optional. Add rice, coconut milk and water. Keep stirring while cooking. Leave to simmer on low heat and stir occasionally. Add salt according to taste. Cook until you get a creamy consistency.
