Ingredients:
Soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, rice flour), sugar, caramel, oyster extract, thickener (1422, 415), yeast extract, soy flavouring, food acid (270), flavour enhancer (635), spices, preservative (211) and salt.
Allergen:
Contains soy and molluscs. May contain traces of fish, sesame and crustacean due to manufacturing methods.
Cooking suggestion:
Marinate chicken with ginger, sesame oil and half packet (40g) of claypot chicken rice sauce overnight or at least 30 minutes.Cook rice until about 80% done in a rice cooker or in claypot over stove. Put in marinated chicken thighs. When chicken is cooked thoroughly (35 minutes), stir in remaining sauce for claypot chicken rice. Let rest for 2 minutes. Sprinkle spring onion on the dish. Serve hot.
Add salted fish, anchovy powder/scallop powder and sliced Chinese sausages to enhance taste.
