Ingredients:
Angelica sinensis, chuanxiong rhizome, pepper, ginger, spices, modified corn starch, MSG and fine salt.
Wash and pat dry one whole chicken or chicken pieces around 1 to 1.5kg. Rub chicken pieces or inside and outside of whole chicken. Marinate overnight or at least 3 hours. Wrap checked in aluminium foil. Steam or roast at 180 degree Celsius for an hour or until cooked. Also suitable for steaming.
