INGREDIENTS:
Soya Sauce,Yeast Extract,Caramel(E621),Salt,Preservative(E211).
PREPARATION:
700gm fish ,ginger(cut into small strips)and a little cooking oil.
COOKING METHOD:
1)Clean the fish then put it on a plate. Steam for about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain the steamed water from the plate. Set aside.
2)Heat the wok and oil then stir-fry ginger until golden colour. Pour ginger oil on top of fish.
3)Finally ,heat MASFOOD HK STEAM PEASTE and pour it onto the plate .Serve it hot.
*MASFOOD HK STEAM PASTE also can be used to cook tofu, claypot chicken rice and other Chinese cuisines.
