INGREDIENTS:
Palm oil, onion, garlic, turmeric, chili, galangal, cumin, fennel, lemongrass, sugar, salt, MSG, benzoic acid.
PREPARATION:
1kg fish or other seafood
400ml water
concentrated coconut milk
one packet MasFood Nyonya Fish Curry paste
COOKING METHOD:
Saute one packet of Masfood Fish Curry paste until fragrant. Add 400ml of water and bring to boil. Add 1 kg of fish or other seafood.Add concentrated coconut milk according to preference, stir and serve while hot.
Coconut milk may be omitted for thicker curry.
