- Pour one packet of agar-agar powder and 250g sugar to 1250ml water and mix well.
- Bring the mixture to boil under strong flame. After boiling, switch to small flame.
- Continue to boil and stir for another 5 minutes. Add flavour and colouring according to preference. Pour into tray or mould to cool. For firmer texture, reduce the amount of water.
- For better taste, you may replace the 1250ml water with 750ml water and 500ml coconut milk or evaporated milk.
