Instructions:
- Prepare 1kg fish or seafood, slice 1 tomato and 1 onion, tamarind juice or coconut milk 120ml and water 300ml or less depending on thickness of curry.
- Heat up one packet of curry paste in wok at low heat. Stir for one minute.
- Add water and bring to boil. Add fish or seafood.
- When curry is about to cook, pour in some tamarind juice or coconut milk. Serve hot.
