Ingredients:
Coriander seeds, fennel, cumin, turmeric, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, clove, cardamom, white pepper, aromatic ginger, salt and permitted flavouring MSG.
Prepare:
1 packet Adami Soup Spices
2 liters water
1 chicken or 2kg chicken cut into smaller pieces
Fried onion, celery and spring onion
salt to taste

1 packet Adami Soup Spices

Instructions:
- Boil 2 liters of water and add 2kg chopped chicken pieces along with 100g Adami Soup Spice powder. Stir well.
- When meat is cooked, add fried onion, celery, spring onion and salt to taste before serving.
