Short shelf life – consume within 3 weeks or 3 days after uncapping.
Ingredients:
Corn starch, mung bean starch, alkaline water, pandan juice
Prepare coconut milk by heating up 2 cans (800ml) of thick coconut milk with 400ml water. Reduce water if using thin coconut milk. Let cool and refrigerate.
Drain water from cendol jelly packaging. Heat up water in a pot to boil cendol jelly until they turn dark green and float in boiling water. Drain water and divide into 4 to 6 portions in serving cups with shaved ice (optional).
Pour cold coconut milk and drizzle with gula melaka syrup to serve.
