Ingredients:
Garlic, sugar,salt,shallot,chili,shrimp,shrimp paste (belacan),oil,MSG(E621),prereservative(211).
Sambal Chili Shrimp
1.Open the packet ,ready to be eaten with other food.
2.Store opened paste in refrigerator. Serve after frying. Sambal chili Chicken Method (Suitable for fish ,beef, mutton , prawn, clam, petai bean)
Preparation:
1.MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste 1 pkt.
2.Chicken meat (800g-1kg).
Cooking Method:
1.Heat the oil ,fry the chicken meat until cooked. Remove it .
2. Fry the MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste for a while, add in chicken meat and continuous until until fragrant. Ready to serve.
Sambal Chili Shrimp Fry Rice Method (Suitable for rice stick and noodle too)
Preparation:
1.MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste 1 pkt.
2.Seafood or meat (200g).
3.Egg 3
4.Cooked rice (3 servings), oil 3 spoon.
Cooking method:
1.Heat the oil , fry the seafood (or meat) and beaten egg until cooked.
2.Add in MasFood Sambal Chili Shrimp All Purpose Paste and fry until fragrant.
3.Add in cooked rice and stir- fry. Ready to serve.
