Ingredients:
Ground herbs (Chuanxiong, Dang Gui, Chen pi, Gan Cao, Chao Guo), Seasoning mix (Sugar, salt, Lactose, Cornflour, hydrolysed Soy protein, wheat flour, maltodextrin, garlic powder, onion powder, yeast extract, anticaking agent 551, flavour enhancers 621, 631, 627, thickener 1442, palm oil, ground spices (white pepper cinnamon, aniseed, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, Sichuan peppercorns), maltodextrin, salt, sugar, trehalose dihydrate, flavour enhancer 635.
Allergens:
Milk, Soy, Wheat Gluten.
Produced in a facility that also processes products containing what, gluten, milk, sesame and soy.
PREPARATION:
1. 1 packet Masfood Stewed Fragrant Spices.
2. 3 cloves garlic.
3. 5 tablespoons dark soy sauce.
4. 1 tablespoon light soy sauce.
5. 1500ml water.
6. 1kg meat, ribs, chicken, eggs or others.
COOKING METHOD:
1. Boil 1500ml water.
2. Add in Masfood Stewed Fragrant Spices, meat or others, garlic, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce into boiling water.
3. Continue to simmer on low heat.
SUGGESTED COOKING TIME AS FOLLOWS:
Chicken / Bean Curd / Egg – 30mins.
Duck / Meats / Ribs – 1 hour.
