- Prepare 390g of boiling hot water (95 to 100 degree Celsius).
- Dissolve 28g of shortening into boiling water.
- Add boiling water to one packet (500g) of snowskin premix. Mix with spatula and knead to form smooth dough.
- Wrap the dough in clingwrap. Keep chilled for 1 hour.
- Weigh dough and wrap fillings. After shaping using mould, keep chilled in storage container.
